  skipping Memorial & joining forum instead

  this is my official liberation-opting to miss a memorial and joining the community here on this day.

  i've been to the memorial maybe twice in 12 years but was "this close" to checking it out again for curiousness sake to see if i would feel differently as so much time has passed and beacuse i've changed so much.

  anyone here ever wonder if you just imagined the horrorness of being a jw?

  i have been feeling nervous all day.

  my hubby has been out doing yardwork, so we hadn't talked too much.

  finally we talked.

  as if us customs weren't unpleasant enough already ... now they will make everyone feel like a criminal.

  i hope we follow the lead of brazil and do the same to all us visitors coming over here.. your country is turning into a police state.

  Personally I like the idea of anglos being fingerprinted

  And who wouldn't with the amount of terrorists Tony Blair is letting into the United Kingdom. Who could forget the 'shoe bomber'. And what about the so called British Nationals, 2nd generation Pakistanis who are being brainwashed into believing radical Islamic ideas in the very mosques allowed to flourish in Britain under one eyed hookmen like Abu Hamza of the Finsbury Park Mosque in London.

  Non Jw Dating a JW

  i'm a non jw currently seeing a jw.

  i am not totaly clear about the rules about jw's in dating.

  could someone explain this to me and does it vary from family to family at all?

  4 year old pushes religion on my kid...

  so this kid at my kids preschool apparently had a goldfish named peppe who died over the weekend.

  for the past 4 days he has been telling my son repeatedly that the fish is in heaven where everyone goes when they die unless they are bad.

  my son in turn has been questioning me on a daily basis about death and dying and the like.

  i hate to say "i told you so" but all those who were extremely critical of those who questioned the 'evidence' do, i think, need to re-evaluate the faith they put in the powers that be and perhaps owe some people an apology.
